PS2 update 12/13/18

PC servers will be taken offline on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 6:30 AM PT (1400 UTC) for maintenance. Downtime is expected to last up to 2hours.

Misc. Fixes, Changes, and Additions
Fixed some incorrect iconography with pending and active alerts and events.
Updated the command list, accessible through the Support button in the lower-left hand corner of in-game navigation screen.
Urban Forest, Snow Aspen Forest, and Desert Scrub v2 camos now show the correct colors.
Added a mint cockpit glow cosmetic for the Valkyrie.
Valkyrie Mint Lumifiber now counts toward the Slayride directive.
Fixed the confirmation string that appears when transfering your character to another server.
The Little Helper received new muzzle effects, a new optic, and some additional visual polish.
